Stuff about me...
Cliff is a singer songwriter, originally from London, now living in rural North Wales.
His influences are West Coast, Country and Americana music.
Having spent some time travelling in the USA, Cliff has been able to draw upon these experiences in his songwriting and recordings.
In the early years Cliff played in various London based bands, such as Jason Cobra and the Vipers, Firebirds, Tumbling Dice, Soho and Sudden Afternoon (recordings include the album Dancing Shadows and BBC Radio 1 sessions for Andy Kershaw).
However it was moving to North Wales and returning to his musical roots that allowed Cliff to spend more time writing and recording songs, and to develop a close friendship and musical relationship with fellow singer songwriter
Jonathan Smith.
Cliff and Jonathan both play in the Americana band Rivertown
and as well as performing with Rivertown, they run the Bluebird Songwriter Sessions (an ‘in the round’ candle lit showcase for songwriters),
